Chicco Tatriele is an dynamic business developer and entrepreneur. He brings extensive experience in senior management, public relations and executive production with international brands across Europe, Asia and USA. Chicco co-founded Mandala Creative Productions in Milan, renowned for curating high impact visual representations in photography and film. He also co-founded the award-winning wellness brand, Fivelements, in Bali and Hong Kong in addition to Alchemy Concepts and Wellness Communities Italia. Chicco is focused on bridging wellness as a core strategy for international companies, private and public entities and real estate developers. Chicco serves as a member of the Mental Wellness Initiative, Wellness Communities & Real Estate Initiative and Sound Wellness Initiative of the Global Wellness Institute.
Lahra Tatriele is an executive wellness strategist and business development entrepreneur. She brings extensive experience creating and executing innovative models for high growth markets in the U.S., Europe and Asia and is recognized as an innovative leader in strategy, design and development. Lahra co-founded and built the award-winning wellness destinations, Fivelements in Bali and Hong Kong. More recently, Lahra cofounded Alchemy Concepts and Wellness Communities Italia to advise international private and public entities and real estate developers toward embracing an integral wellness strategy as the core foundation for thriving communities and sustainable growth. She currently serves as Chair of the Wellness Architecture & Design Initiative and member of the Mental Wellness Initiative of the Global Wellness Institute.
Alessandro has spent his career focused on running and expanding his family businesses which have been directed by strong historical traditions and investments. These are comprised of two main components; the Lilliano Wine Estate in Chianti, Tuscany, and the highly-awarded luxury boutique hotel, Residenza Napoleone III, located in the heart of Rome.
As Owner and Marketing & Brand Manager of Lilliano, Alessandro leads all marketing and sales initiatives, including discovering new markets and establishing a thriving hospitality component. He has developed and expanded the distribution for the wine and olive oil business globally. The Lilliano estate offers 10 exclusive villas which have been carefully curated and restored, and welcome visitors from around the world. Alessandro led the establishment and launch of the innovative Rezidenza Napoleone III retreat in Rome’s center, which was quickly followed by a second luxury boutique hotel in Marrakech. Today, he manages all business operations for the hotel which has achieved substantial international acclaim.
Max is recognized as a world leader in conceiving, developing and activating large-scale mixed-use placemaking projects and leads projects around the globe through his company Live Work Learn Play Inc. For over 38 years, Max has led or supported the envisioning and conceptualization, acquisition and divestiture, programming and planning, economic development, real estate development and activation, sales and leasing, governance and operations of over $65 Billion in real estate assets. Max’s leadership and direct involvement in over 125 large-scale complete community projects, including cities, towns and districts in eight different countries, has resulted in over 100 million people living, working, learning, playing and thriving in marvelous and memorable places.
Max is currently a contributor to the Global Wellness Institute’s Wellness Communities and Real Estate initiative and think tank. He has been a regular guest speaker for the Congress of New Urbanism, Seaside Institute, Urban Land Institute, Society for College and University Planning, various architecture and urban planning organizations, as well as countless cities, universities, community and business organizations.

Bill is a national real estate and business leader with over 50 years of significant and complex real estate development and business experience spanning analytics and economics, financing, financial re-engineering, planning, development, sales, leasing, turnarounds, acquisitions and/or dispositions of residential and commercial development/investment throughout North America. Bill leads structuring, strategy, financing, infrastructure and development of all projects for his company, Live Work Learn Play Inc.
Bill was the President and/or Senior Management of several significant publicly traded real estate companies and successfully led the creation and development of several thriving start-up companies.
Notably, Bill personally led the development of several major transformative commercial and residential projects in Montreal and has advised major Canadian banks and other national and international institutions and organizations. Bill is also the pre-eminent visionary and developer of public and private medical clinics and polyclinics in Canada through his innovative partnerships with hospitals, universities and doctors to create new models delivering state of the art healthcare services.

Richard has spent almost two decades conceiving, strategizing, planning and leading large-scale developments, complex foundational anchor negotiations and deal-making, and specialty leasing efforts across North America on a diverse range of mixed-use placemaking projects and legacy places through his company Live Work Learn Play Inc. He has played a pivotal role in creating implementing several brand-new college towns, downtowns and districts, and has helped revitalize neighborhoods, towns and cities across Canada, the United States and the Caribbean.
In the process, he has worked with senior leaders of municipal, county, state, provincial and federal governments, higher education institutions, industry-leading health care systems, and many local, regional and national development companies, as well as pensions funds and other large-scale institutional landowners. He believes that innovative and visionary real estate planning and development has the power to transform places and improve the quality of people’s lives, and he works tirelessly in pursuit of those goals.

Nadia is a seasoned communications strategist with multi-disciplinary expertise and experience in business development, marketing, and public relations across a range of sectors. At Live Work Learn Play Inc., she has been involved in the storytelling behind several vibrant mixed-use projects and leads community engagement events and outreach.
Nadia’s career has taken her on many creative adventures, from advertising and entertainment to media relations and event planning, and, of course, real estate development. She has held strategic communications roles across national and multinational organizations as a trusted advisor helping to drive priorities forward and has served as a leader in community engagement and culture setting. This broad range of experience has contributed to Nadia’s resiliency, comfort with complexity, and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with people.
As an Italian-Canadian, Nadia is inspired and honoured to bring her expertise to Wellness Communities Italia to help the team engage with the people living in the vibrant towns, villages and regions of Italy.
Pegah is an urban planner with diverse experience working on a variety of projects for both public and private sector clients. At Live Work Learn Play Inc., Pegah delivers in-depth market research, assessment and analysis, development positioning, visioning, and programming as well as planning and design direction to guide projects from the initial concept through to implementation.
Working across several large-scale mixed-use development projects, Pegah ensures that programming and development strategies are responsive to meet changing and competitive market conditions, while also fostering a sense of place that contributes to the foundation of vibrant, differentiated, and feasible mixed-use developments. Pegah is passionate about bringing together values of equity, inclusivity, and accessibility to placemaking efforts.

Vanessa has played a leading role in the conception and development of mixed-use places and the transformation of underperforming real estate assets in towns and cities across North America, leveraging specialty experience-based development programming such as food and wellness districts; non-traditional retail; creative industries and maker spaces; agricultural and ecological uses; and other creative placemaking initiatives.
Vanessa has worked closely with developers, city governments, and business organizations, and brings a thoughtful approach to mixed-use development that ensures the viability of highly differentiated and vibrant places, by marrying programming with physical planning and design, guided by market realities.
As a proud Italian-Canadian, Vanessa is excited to play a key role in managing Wellness Communities Italia’s projects and efforts to revitalize and transform regions across the country.
With Live Work Learn Play Inc., Dominic has contributed project management, market analysis, retail programming and strategic implementation efforts to over a dozen of the company’s projects across North America. He has worked with developers, city governments, community organizations and institutions to develop award-winning urban revitalization strategies and has helped implement several large-scale mixed-use developments anchored around education, health care and food.
A polymath who brings creative multidisciplinary experience to his work, Dominic completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in music at McGill University with a focus on composition, and subsequently obtained a Master of Planning (M.Pl) in Urban Development at Ryerson University where he served as President of the Graduate Planning Student Association. He also completed a chef training program at George Brown College.
With Wellness Communities Italia, Dominic is bringing his passion for solving complex urban challenges through innovative development strategies to towns, villages and regions across Italy.
Wellness Communities Italia will invest in and work with local and national leadership to envision, develop and activate thriving and complete wellness communities and districts throughout the country.
